The Scottish Fisheries Secretary, Richard Lochhead, who was due to attend the EU Fisheries Council in Brussels on 16-18 December 2013, said that he would again demand a freeze in the days at sea that were allocated to Scotland and that he would make it clear to the European Commission that more automatic cuts would be unacceptable. |
