French energy transition falls back on Juncker Plan for funding

France's General Commissioner for Investment Louis Schweitzer stated at the parliament on 10 February 2016 that, while there was a lack of national funding damaging the country's energy transition, the so-called Juncker Plan had stepped in to plug the investment gap.
