French plan second stimulus package

Article reports that the French government said on the 19 December 2008 it would come up with a second stimulus package in 2009 if required to cushion a sharp recession in the eurozone’s second largest economy. Official forecasts provided evidence that France was heading for the sharpest slowdown in a generation.
