German ruling party ponders limiting powers of top court

EUObserver reported on the 7 April 2014 that Angela Merkel's Christian Democrats were pondering how to limit the powers of the German Constitutional Court, whose latest verdict will allow fringe parties to have representatives in the European Parliament.
