A spokesman for the German finance ministry said on 24 July 2013 in a press conference that the Bundestag had not given its blessing to the payment of a €2.5 billion bailout tranche to Greece yet. The spokesman said that not all 22 "prior actions" were met, according to a preliminary report by the troika. |
