Preview and reports of the annual economic policy speech given by Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou on the 10 September 2011 in Thessaloniki.

Mr Papandreou vowed to fully implement reforms demanded by international lenders so that Greece would be able to avoid default and remain a member of the eurozone.
