Guidelines for State aid in the agricultural and forestry sectors and in rural areas (correction)

Summary:

Communication adopted by the European Commission on 4 March 2024, correcting the guidelines for State aid in the agricultural and forestry sectors and in rural areas.

Further information:

The Guidelines for State Aid in the agricultural and forestry sectors and in rural areas were adopted in December 2022, and became effective in January 2023.

However, all language versions of the Guidelines contain errors, which impact the implementation of those points. Certain versions contain additional errors, specific to those language versions. It is appropriate to correct those errors. In order to avoid confusion as regards the conditions set out in the points of the Guidelines affected by the errors, the correction should apply retroactively. The corrections in this Communication take effect retroactively on 1 January 2023.
