High Representative for Foreign Policy meets with Cuba’s Foreign Minister

The European Union's High Representative for Foreign Policy met with Cuba's Foreign Minister on 22 September 2016, in the margins of the UN General Assembly.

The main topic of their meeting was the Political Dialogue and Cooperation Agreement (PDCA) which was negotiated and then proposed by the European Commission to be signed. This document was set to become the new legal framework of the relations between Cuba and the EU.
