The four key areas are: product safety; information, education and consumer advice; enhanced access to redress mechanisms for citizens; and better national enforcement of consumer rights. Briefing written by Jana Valant and Gianluca Sgueo This briefing is part of a new EPRS series, ‘How the EU budget is spent’, which aims to provide an overview of the EU’s funding programmes and their key features. |
