Article reports that the markets were suspicious of Hungary's unorthodox economic policies during the gloabl economic crisis.

Reflecting this the country endured three difficult bond auctions in a week in mid-November 2011, yields shot up, and the forint tumbled to record lows. That, in turn, would fuel inflation and increase the pain for hundreds of thousands of Hungarians who took out mortgages in foreign currencies when the forint was much stronger.
