The draft of the International Monetary Fund's next World Economic Outlook reduces forecast eurozone growth to 1.6%, against an earlier 2.2% projection. Separately, a report by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development shows that Member States are likely to achieve US living standards only if they liberalise their labour markets.
