EU Ministers responsible for matters relating to broad European affairs held an informal videoconference on 20 April 2021. The agenda included the following items:

• Second session in the framework of the annual Rule of Law Dialogue:
  • Country-Specific discussion covering latest developments in Germany, Ireland, Greece, Spain and France;
• Assessment of bilateral relations between the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK), based on latest developments concerning the application of the Protocol on Ireland/Northern Ireland;
• Briefing on the latest developments concerning the EU response to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic;
• Briefing on the state of play concerning Enlargement and the Stabilisation and Association process and intentions forthcoming months;
• Briefing on the state of play concerning the Conference on the Future of Europe.
