The European Commission released on 25 January 2018 its monthly package of infringement decisions, in which it pursues legal action against Member States for failing to comply with their obligations under EU law, covering various sectors and EU policy areas. The Commission also decided to close 86 cases in which the issues with the Member States concerned were solved without the Commission needing to pursue the procedure further. |
