Inquiry into Wales’ role in the EU decisions making process

The Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee of the National Assembly for Wales set up in 2013 an inquiry into Wales’ role in the EU decision making process.

The purpose of the inquiry was to consider and make recommendations about Wales’ constitutional position in the EU and in how Wales was involved in the decision-making mechanisms at the EU level, rather than a more general discussion about the advantages and disadvantages of the UK’s membership of the EU.

A Consultation letter was sent out in May 2013. At the time of the creation of this record (November 2013) seven responses had been received (all accessible from the source url):
