Intergovernmental Conference 2007 – Search for all IGC 2007 documents

From this website you can access all texts associated with the IGC 2007 set up agree on the text of a Treaty modifying the Treaty on the European Union and the Treaty establishing the European Community ('Reform Treaty') to replace the Treaty establishing a Constitution for Europe, which had been abandoned following the difficulties of securing ratification in all EU Member States.

The IGC concluded its work in October 2007. A Treaty was signed at the European Council of Lisbon on 13 December 2007 and was subsequently ratified by all Member States and came into force in December 2009.
