Inventory of EU Member States policies and operational response capacities for HNS marine pollution 2013

This inventory, which replaces the 2010 inventory, is intended to provide a general description of the status of preparedness and response capabilities for marine incidents involving hazardous and noxious substance (HNS) in coastal EU and EFTA/EEA Member States. It includes a description of the competent authorities, the policies and the preparatory arrangements of each Member State.
