Iran still urged to give arms assurance

Despite an agreement reached on 21 October 2003 agreeing to suspend its uranium enrichment programme and give the International Atomic Energy Agency free access to all suspect sites, Iran has yet to prove it has not diverted nuclear material for weapons.
