Irish favour wait-and-see policy on Haider

Article suggest that Ireland considers that the EU action against the new Austrian coalition was too strong and would have prefered a wait-and-see approach. The EU's dispute with Mr Haider has also revived the trauma of Ireland's own role in the Second World War.
