Is the OSCE Relevant in the 21st Century?

This is a transcript of an event held on 7 April 2011 at Chatham House, London with Ambassador Marc Perrin de Brichambaut, Secretary General, Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).

The Ambassador examined the relevance of the OSCE's inclusive approach in meeting contemporary challenges which, he argued, increasingly came in the form of transnational threats.
