Japan, France continue reactor site battle

After meeting in the United States in December 2003, officials involved in ITER (the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor) agreed to postpone a decision until February 2004 over whether to site the world's biggest nuclear fusion reactor in Japan or southern France.
