Council Regulation (EC) No 314/2004 implements several restrictive measures provided for by Council Decision 2011/101/CFSP of 15 February 2011 concerning restrictive measures against Zimbabwe, including the freezing of funds and economic resources of certain natural or legal persons, entities and bodies. Annex IV to Regulation (EC) No 314/2004 lists the persons and entities suspended from the freezing of funds and economic resources under that Regulation. On 19 February 2015 the Council adopted Council Decision (CFSP) 2015/277 amending Decision 2011/101/CFSP with the aim of removing the names of five deceased persons from Annex I and II to that Decision. It is therefore necessary to update Annex IV to Council Regulation (EU) No 314/2004 accordingly. |
