Kaczyński announces aim to change Polish constitution

Chairman of the ruling Law and Justice party Jarosław Kaczyński gave a speech in the Polish Parliament on the 2 May 2016 in which he stated that his party aimed to change the Polish constitution.

However, Sławomir Neumann, head of the parliamentary wing of the Opposition Party Civic Platform said that 'there will be no talks on changing the constitution until PiS follows the current one'.
