This working paper is the Spanish version of the chapter written by the author on the European Policy of Spain for a German Yearbook on European integration (W. Weidenfeld and W. Wessels (Ed.). Jahrbuch der Europäischen Integration 2005/06, Institut fur Europäische Politik. Europa Union Verlag, in press). “European Policy of Spain 2005-2006” is a product of those texts. Conceptual aspects and deep analysis are found throughout this book, whose characteristics answer to the goal of the German publication. It is also a follow-up of the European construction of conjectural character.
