La Pologne et le traité de Lisbonne: Préhistoire, négociation et application

Abstract:
Cet article étudie la position et l’action de la Pologne dans le cadre de la signature du traité de Lisbonne. Il s’intéresse en particulier aux questions clés pour le gouvernement polonais, tant sur le plan technique que dans le domaine éthique. Il conclut que la Pologne a surtout cherché à agir dans le domaine du partage du pouvoir au sein du Conseil, ainsi que sur les références au christianisme., et qu’elle a plutôt fait profil bas sur les autres questions.

This article studies the position and action of Poland in the framework of the achievement of the Lisbon Treaty. It outlines the existence of key issues for the Polish government, technical as well as in ethics. It concludes that the Polish government aimed mainly to reinforce its position in the power sharing architecture within the Council, and to foster references to christianity. On other issues, Poland kept a low profile.
