La UE adopta las medidas impulsadas por España contra los riesgos y delitos ecológicos [The EU adopts measures promoted by Spain to prevent ecological risks and crimes]

The EU Council of Justice Ministers, meeting in Brussels on 19 December 2002, approved a declaration which would enable EU countries to improve and harmonise their legislation in the cross-border battle to protect the environment, with particular attention being paid to any activities involving the spillage, emission or introduction of damaging substances into the acquatic environment.
