Lack of US compliance on rules ‘may hit WTO’

The European Union's Trade Commissioner, Pascal Lamy, said on 3 March 2003 that the United States had a 'compliance problem' in the World Trade Organisation and warned that continued US delays in meeting its obligations could hurt the credibility of the group.
