Lamy calls for a ‘spirit of negotiation’ in trade talks

Even though a full interim deal is now out of reach, WTO Director-General Pascal Lamy urged WTO members on 10 November 2005 to work towards a significant global trade agreement at their ministerial conference in Hong Kong from 13-18 December 2005.
