Learning to change: Vocational education and training reform 2002-10

This Briefing Note provides background information to CEDEFOP's report, 'A bridge to the future: European policy for vocational education and training 2002-10', which was presented at a ministerial meeting in Bruges, Belgium, on 7 December 2010, along with the Bruges Communiqué, one of the final milestones of the Lisbon Agenda (2000-2010). The purpose of the meeting was to review progress to date and set out long-term objectives and, for 2014, agree short-term deliverables.
