In July 2016, the Liechtenstein parliament questioned the government on the publication of in-work poverty figures and an analysis of the current domestic situation. The question was justified by the absence of comparative analysis with other OECD states regarding the working poor situation. In addition, the government was asked to deliver an opinion on measures for combating relative poverty. In its response issued a few months later, the government does not commit to continue to publish poverty figures.
