Ljubljana Charter on Reforming Health Care in Europe (CD-Rom)

The Ljubljana Charter defines the values and principles that should govern health care reform in the WHO European Region. This CD-ROM illustrates these principles through narration, video, 3D graphics and photographs, as well as interviews, slide presentations, graphs and documents.

It contains the full text, in PDF files, of the Ljubljana Charter, and two recent Regional Office reports: European health care reforms - summary, and HEALTH21: an introduction to the health for all policy framework for the WHO European Region.
