London talks focus on Libya’s future

Foreign ministers from almost 40 countries met in London on the 29 March 2011 to set out options for Libya’s long-term political future if Colonel Muammer Gaddafi left power.

International leaders pledged to keep on with their military attacks against Libya. They also formed a new contact group on Libya which was scheduled to meet in Qatar soon.
