Management of European capital cities. Proceedings, Kiev, 3-4 October 2002

The Kiev Conference, organised by the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of Europe (CLRAE) at the invitation of the Mayor of Kiev, was the second in a series aimed at analysing the relationship of capital cities with other levels of authority, particularly respective national governments. The conference also gave the opportunity to present the results of a previous survey conducted by the CLRAE on the same subject.
