Manuel Valls wants EU nitrates directive ‘to evolve’

According to EurActiv, the French Prime Minister, Manuel Valls, decided to take action against nitrate pollution in France after a new indictment of France by the Court of Justice of the European Union on the issue in September 2014.

Nitrate pollution remained a problem in this country due to its intensive agriculture.
