Maritime industry fights to get shipshape to keep rivals at bay

Britain's maritime industry wants a huge expansion in capacity to keep up with European rivals. The first of a number of plans for big container ports to be considered by Ministers is at Dibden Bay near Southampton. Environmentalists are concerned about the local bird population.
