The European Political Community (EPC) aims to foster political dialogue and cooperation to address issues of common interest, and to strengthen the security, stability and prosperity of the European continent. This platform is aimed at political coordination and does not replace any existing organisation, structure or process. This initiative was reformed and re-launched by France's President Emmanuel Macron in May 2022.

Most countries of the European continent were invited to attend this meeting, including the Member States of the European Union (EU).
