The European Commission can confirm that it sent on 2 October 2006 a Statement of Objections to the German electricity company E.ON Energie AG. The Statement of Objections outlined the Commission’s preliminary view that E.ON Energie AG had, intentionally or at least negligently, broken an official Commission seal. |
