Memo: Preparation of the Agriculture and Fisheries Council of June 2010

The Agriculture and Fisheries Council met in Luxembourg on 29 June 2010, under the presidency of Mrs Elena Espinosa, Spanish Minister of the Rural, Marine & Natural Environment. Maritime Affairs & Fisheries Commissioner Maria Damanaki, Agriculture & Rural Development Commissioner Dacian Cioloş and Health & Consumer Policy Commissioner John Dalli represented the Commission at the meeting. Ministers discussed the reform of the common organisation of the markets in fishery and aquaculture products. Fisheries issues, Health & Consumer issues and Agricultural issues were also discussed.
