MEPs and states scrap over lawmaking powers

In their capacity as EU Presidency country between July and December 2017 Estonian deputy minister for European Affairs Matti Maasikas met Members of the European Parliament on the 12 September 2017 to discuss whether any progress could be made on the vexed question related to the delineation between implementing and delegated acts in the EU policy making system since the coming into force of the Treaty of Lisbon.
