. . . ending a dispute which has dragged on nearly three decades. The new measure will allow six non-cocoa fats to be used in addition to traditional cocoa butter and will permit British-made milk chocolate, which traditionally contains vegetable fat and has a higher milk content than other kinds, to be sold in other EU countries as "family milk chocolate".
