MEPs have not changed behaviour despite lobbying scandals

The ethics revolution it was hoped that a new code of conduct would bring has failed to materialise - and stronger implementation is still needed in the European Parliament, writes author Natacha Cingotti who is a transparency campaigner at the campaign group Friends of the Earth Europe.
