Mid-term evaluation of the EU-Africa Infrastructure Trust Fund, June 2012

The Infrastructure Trust Fund (ITF) was created in 2007 in the framework of the EU-Africa Partnership for Infrastructure. The ITF comprises 13 donors - 12 EU Member States and the European Commission.

This evaluation focused on the implementation of the ITF at a programme / portfolio level. The objective was not to assess individual projects, however project level information was reviewed for 10 projects as part of a case study analysis.
