The aim of the Mid-term Evaluation of the Objective 3 Programme for England and Gibraltar was to assess the impact and effectiveness of the Objective 3 Programme in England (2000-2006) to the mid-term, and to make recommendations for improvement. The report was prepared by the ESF Evaluation Team from the Social Research Division, in Information and Analysis Directorate, Department for Work and Pensions.
