The United Kingdom House of Commons Home Affairs Committee published a report in August 2016 on Europe's migration crisis. In the report the Committee said that EU action to address had been 'too little, too late', with the EU-Turkey agreement a partial solution at best which raised serious humanitarian, human rights, logistical and legal concerns.
