Mogherini demands investigation into fate of Gambia opposition activist

The European Union's High Representative for Foreign Policy Federica Mogherini demanded on 17 April 2016 an urgent investigation from the Gambian authorities after a leading opposition activist was arrested – with Amnesty International reporting he had already died in police custody.
