Moldova’s Conflict: Unfreezing, In a Good Way?

The author wrote that a mood of realism around the Transdniestria conflict, supported by Russia, in late 2017 and early 2018 was leading to areas of de facto integration. The Moldovan government was cautious, but this was an opportunity for more international engagement.
