Moment of truth looms over impasse on enrichment

The dispute over Iran's nuclear programme is moving ever closer to the moment of truth. Among the issues to be decided is whether a negotiated solution can be hammered out for the long-running impasse between Tehran and the world's big powers over uranium enrichment; or whether instead Israel strikes Iran's nuclear facilities, principally its enrichment plant in Natanz.
