More EU members ease labour curbs

Four of the EU's 15 older member states, Finland, Greece, Portugal and Spain, say April 2006 they will lift curbs on letting in workers from the 10 newer, mostly east European, members of the bloc, joining the UK, Ireland and Sweden who lifted restrictions in 2004.
