Mundell: Engaging with Scotland ahead of EU negotiations

The Scotland Office of the United Kingdom Government announced in August 2016 that the Scottish Secretary David Mundell would hold a series of meetings over the summer of 2016 with key sectors of Scottish society. This was part of the UK Government’s work to prepare for the forthcoming negotiations with the EU to plan for the UK's exit.

The move was part of a commitment from the UK Government to ensure that Scottish interests were fully represented in the negotiations with the EU.
