Nato prepares for post-Gaddafi Libya / Ankara seeks to take lead in drive to rebuild

Article reports that Western governments took the first tentative steps towards preparing for a post-Gaddafi Libya on the 23 August 2011, giving Nato military planners the task of drawing up options to assist a new transitional government once the current regime is ousted. Steps were also taken to release frozen financial assets.
