NATO to unveil cyber-defence strategy fit for changing times

NATO official Jamie Shea explains that cyber-crime is creating unanticipated problems for NATO member states. For the first time, attacks to computer infrastructure are to be considered under article 5 of the North Atlantic Treaty. That means that an attack on one could be seen as an attack on them all.
